This tea blend was specially formulated for heavy menstrual or uterine bleeding. It includes a unique combination of herbs that act as styptics, uterine astringents, hormonal modulators, uterine tonics, nutritives, nervines, and adrenal restoratives. It also contains a high amount of iron to help address anaemia caused by excessive bleeding.

Abnormal uterine bleeding can be linked to ovulatory dysfunction, luteal phase defects, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid issues, perimenopause, or menopause.

How to prepare your tea

• Add 1 tsp - 1 tbsp herbal blend to a tea infuser or French press (use more herbs for a large pot or for a stronger infusion).
• Pour boiling water over the herbs, cover, and infuse for 15 minutes. Steep the tea longer than 15 minutes for a stronger infusion.
• Remove infuser or strain herbs and enjoy your tea warm.
• Add a bit of honey or sweetener as desired.
