A moisturising, nourishing, relaxing & pain-relieving bath treat that’s perfect as we descend into these lower temperatures and darker days. Made with powdered herbs, salt and clay

*INVIGORATE* (Rosemary, Ginger, Chamomile)
The ingredients:
- Freshly-powdered herbs: in RELAX, we have three herbs to soothe the body and mind. Lavender is also antispectic and good for skin issues, and hops is antispasmodic and great for menstrual cramps and muscle cramping (especially in combination with the cardamom). Lemon balm is at once uplifting and relaxing. In INVIGORATE, we've included herbs to warm the whole being. Rosemary alerts the senses, and ginger and chamomile provide an antiinflammatory boost that can help with menstrual cramps (again, boosted by cardamom)
- Oats are moisturising, soothing and nourishing
- Magnesium chloride flakes and Himalayan pink salt are rich in magnesium, helping to relieve stress and soothe sore muscles
- French Red Clay is moisturising and skin-softening
- Tremella is a mushroom that boosts collagen and moisture, aiding in elasticity of the skin
- Reishi is a mushroom that aids in anti-aging, nourishing and strengthening the skin's natural protective barrier
- Jojoba oil is moisturising and great for all skin types
To use: Add up to 6 tablespoons to your bath. Although this does contain salt, you may wish to add some extra magnesium flakes, epsom salts, or Dead Sea salts (I usually do!). Because of the clay content, this does make for an 'earthy' bath - you'll need to give it a quick rinse after the water drains
